  MANY PRODUCERS CAME TO THE SEMINAR CO SPONSORED BY OHPA AND OATI. THE DAY INCLUDED SPEAKERS, DEMONSTRATIONS A MARKETING PANEL AND A TRADE SHOW.

• HAY LISTING GIVES ADDRESSES OF US DEALERS (Posted Feb 7/01)
  The Hay and Straw for Sale and Wanted Listing
  sent out in January included 30 names and addresses and telephone numbers of dealers from the US. The Listing also included other people looking for hay and straw.

• WATCH FOR INFORMATION SEMINARS WITH OATI (Posted Dec 14/00)
  At the AGM the Association agreed to partner with OATI to run hands on educational seminars across the Province.

• OHPA AGM (Posted Nov 27/00)
  The OHPA has arranged its AGM for December 11, 2000 in Midhurst, Ontario. Speakers on Crop Insurance, the future of the forage industry, Canadian Hay Standards, Costs of Production and the year in Review.

• HOW BAD IT WAS (Posted Sep 8/00)
  The Ontario Hay Producers Association has designed a form to collect information from producers on "How Bad It Was". This information will be collected and used in a meetung with the OMAFRA Minister
